Lifestyle changes for Prevention of Illness.  This year the ADT Health Ministry will focus on providing prevention tips for various illness and conditions.


November the focus is Osteoporosis. The 3 things to focus on for the month is:  

1. Eat foods that support bone health. 

2. Get enough calcium, vitamin D, and protein. 

3. Limit caffeine.
