Lifestyle changes for Prevention of Illness.  This year the ADT Health Ministry will focus on providing prevention tips for various illness and conditions.


June the focus is Alzheimer's Disease.  The 3 things to focus on for the month is:  

1. Use Vitamins:  B12 plus folic acid supplements. 

2. Combine physical and mental exercise. 

3. Control diabetes.
