Lifestyle changes for Prevention of Illness.  This year the ADT Health Ministry will focus on providing prevention tips for various illness and conditions.


February the focus is Heart Disease.  The 3 things to focus on for the month is:  

1.Eat a heart healthy diet. 

2. Maintain a healthy weight. 

3. Manage stress.
