Lifestyle changes for Prevention of Illness. This year the ADT Health Ministry will focus on providing prevention tips for various illness and conditions.
January the focus is Annual Wellness. The 3 things to focus on for the month is:
1. Schedule your Annual physical
2. Stay hydrated by drinking more water and other healthy beverages.
3. Add exercise to your daily or weekly routine (Always check with your doctor before any exercise routine)
